Today the movie Shingeki no Kyojin: Guren no Yumiya, which recaps the first 13 episodes opened at Japanese cinemas and there it has been confirmed that a second season of Hajime Isayama’s manga adaptation is planned for 2016.

This has been revealed by the people attending at the movie screening, official confirmation and more info should come soon. (source)
